The company that runs on final_v3.xlsx

Many Philippine companies don't need a new ERP first. They need their spreadsheets to stop depending on memory.

Walk into the finance room of a growing Philippine company and you will find the real system of record: a shared drive, a few dozen spreadsheets, and one person who knows which version is current.

The work is the stitching

Each branch sends its own export. Someone copies the rows into one workbook, checks the totals against what the branch declared, chases the missing receipts in a Viber group, and writes the summary. The hard part is not any single step. It is the repeated stitching between them.

Start where the files are

Canopy does not ask a company to migrate first. Scout maps what is already shared, Archivist learns the conventions, and Operator does the stitching on the computers that hold the files. A cleaner operating layer can grow from there, one proven workflow at a time.

Fix one bottleneck. It teaches you where the next one is.
